The stakeholders will debate on relevant social, fiscal and accounting issues that professional artists encounter, as well as their legal status and intellectual property rights (copyright, etc...).

The difficulties encountered by artists as well as the objectives and issues of the CNAP’s projects submitted by the Council member will also be discussed.

The round table will take place on

Created in 1953 on the initiative and under the auspices of UNESCO, the Belgian National Council of Plastic Arts (CNAP), first founding member of the IAA (International Association of Arts)/ UNESCO, is a key player in the improvement and protection of cultural and material interests of the visual artists across the world. It organizes for example legal hotlines for artists.
The implementation of its objectives is facilitated through discussion, meetings and debates around the current situation of the artist.
