Djibouti Humanitarian Emergency

Since the outbreak of the Yemeni crisis, persons of mixed nationalities have arrived in Djibouti so far, since March 2015. Some are Yemeni nationals and Djibouti returnees. Despite the conflict in Yemen, there has also been a continuous flow of migrants from Ethiopia through Djibouti to Yemen. In addition, Djibouti hosts over 26,000 refugees, mainly from Somalia and Yemen. UNFPA is contributing toward Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and gender based violence (GBV) services.
