Non-Governmental Organizations and Foundations

UNESCO in Brazil has permanently developed works with a great variety of non-governmental organizations and foundations that represent important partners in the implementation of UNESCO’s actions in the country.

This partnership does not only legitimate UNESCO’s action, but also permits to deal with sensitive themes in a more effective and broader way. This is of fundamental importance when considering the enormous Brazilian territory and its great regional differences.
