Educação e federalismo no Brasil: combater as desigualdades, garantir a diversidade

The Brazilian federalist regime has a complex architecture in which the Federal government, the state governments, and municipalities have outstanding roles in the educational provision. This book intends to discuss various highlighted questions on the federalist educational governance in Brazil in relation to guaranteeing the right to education to all Brazilian citizens. To contribute to this reflection, the publication includes the study prepared by UNESCO-IIEP (Buenos Aires) on the educational systems in various federalist countries of the world.
