Objectives

  • To develop in Morocco and to promote in the other Arab countries, an integrated system of initial advanced (doctorate) and continuous training activities in the field of the Human Rights.
  • To promote research and the publication of periodicals and specialized studies.
  • To promote the development in Morocco of documentation and information infrastructures in the field of Human Rights.
