10 COM is almost upon us!

The tenth session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage is approaching ! It will take place at Windhoek Country Club and Resort in Namibia from 30 November to 4 December 2015.
This session of the Committee will be preceded by an opening ceremony that is being organized by the Namibian authorities to take place on Sunday, 29 November 2015, at 6:30 p.m. All the participants of the session are welcome.
Participants are also welcome on Monday 30 November at 5:00 pm, after the close of business of the Committee meeting, to attend a side event organized by UNESCO focusing on the results of the implementation of the Convention’s global capacity-building strategy in Southern African countries.
A Forum will also be organized by NGOs on Sunday, 29 November from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the theme: Towards a code of ethics for ICH NGOs? It will be open to all members of the Forum.
