The project CLME is a GEF funded project # 00061655 to which UNOPS has been selected as Executing Entity and IOC of UNESCO as the Technical and Scientific Agency and co-implementing partner. The project coordination unit is located at the offices of IOCARIBE provided free of charge by IOC (UNESCO) in Cartagena Colombia, and it is using for its operation IOCARIBE of IOC (UNESCO) facilities of telecommunication, internet, and the office space provided for the project.
