We live in a multilingual and multicultural world. That is why the UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) works with educators, researchers and policymakers to provide quality youth and adult learning and education based on a multilingual and multicultural ethos. In order to support policymakers and educators, we conduct research and action research with partners, share the findings through workshops, conferences and publications, and provide technical advice to UNESCO Member States.
