The Teachers' Task Force advocates for the right of all learnersrich or poor, young or adult, male or female, rural or urban, whatever their specific learning needs - to have access to well prepared, justly remunerated, duly respected and highly committed teachers. Task Force works in collaboration with the network of the Global Campaign for Education (GCE), Education International (EI) and other partners to achieve the above goal and participates in Global Action Week and in World teachers' dayThe Task Force also promotes the ILO/UNESCO Recommendations on the Teaching Profession in its network and member countries.
