To provide a contemporary vision on the evaluation of application of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in education within the framework of the IITE project Ethical, Psychological, Societal and Legal Problems of Application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in Education 23 experts from Germany, Poland, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, United States of America and UNESCO gathered for the research seminar in Moscow. The final materials are based on the results of this work.
