Research Officer
Alasdair McWilliam joined the Report Team in December 2011. Previously he was a research consultant with the Centre for Aid and Public Expenditure at the Overseas Development Institute in London, working on aid effectiveness and public expenditure, alongside broader public policy issues in low and middle income countries. Alasdair has an undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews and Masters degree in Public Policy and Management from the Institute of Development Policy and Management at the University of Manchester.
