The University of Management "TISBI" represents a higher educational institution providing expanded network of educational programs and courses maintained through full-time, part-time and distance learning.

As the whole University structure, the college ensures all the conditions for the disabled to get secondary professional education. The college graduate can continue his education for the previously chosen speciality within express study program at the University of Management "TISBI".

Alongside with the growing number of specialities and training courses the University of Management "TISBI" pays special attention to systematic improvement of educational services quality, which was manifested in the development and introduction of the modem study process quality system. On the first stage of its implamtation the study process quality control was connected with major steps in specialists' training (applicants' checking, control during educational process, final attestation).

During the 20-year-span of successful University functioning, the range of specialities and training courses has been essentially expanded from 2 directions after TISBI foundation to 21 programs of secondary and higher professional, further and postgraduate education within economic, managerial and humanitarian profile as well as in IT, pedagogics, tourism and service spheres which are in great demand on the labour market.
