First Global Forum on Green Economy Learning

From the 16 to 18 December 2015, the 1st Global Forum on Green Economy Learning will bring together policy-makers, development partners, as well as representatives from education and training institutions, NGOs and business associations to identify opportunities for improving green economy learning.


UNESCO-UNEVOC hosts Expert Meeting in Bonn, Germany

From 17 to 19 November, 30 UNEVOC cluster and centre coordinators, from UNEVOC centres in 26 countries met in Bonn, Germany, to discuss the development of tools and activities intended to further improve the UNEVOC Network. One of the key messages from the meeting was the need to promote more collaboration and more collective approaches to UNEVOC network activities.

UNESCO-UNEVOC at the TVET Forum for Latin America in Montevideo, Uruguay

From 23 to 25 November, 2015, an expert meeting in Montevideo, Uruguay, convened 40 technical and vocational education and training (TVET) stakeholders and ministry representatives from Latin American countries to discuss the challenges TVET faces looking towards the implementation of the recently adopted Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the period 2015-2030.


UNESCO-UNEVOC hosts workshop for BIMUN participants

On 26 November 2015, UNESCO-UNEVOC organized a workshop for participants of the Bonn International Model United Nations (BIMUN) conference which was held from 26 to 29 November in Bonn, Germany.


Just published: Virtual conference report on ‘Delivering TVET through Quality Apprenticeships’

The virtual conference report on “Delivering TVET through Quality Apprenticeships” is now online. The two-week virtual conference took place from 15 to 26 June 2015 on UNESCO-UNEVOC’s e-forum and brought together 229 participants from 70 countries.
