The Open Training Platform (OTP) is a UNESCO-powered online collaborative knowledge hub for free training resources for development. It currently has more than 1700 resources produced by over 600 development stakeholders worldwide on various subjects grouped under 21 categories. “Community Radio: A user’s guide to the technology” is a guide to technical parameters of community radio in India. Produced for potential community radio operators, this technical manual takes into account the intention of the Government of India to establish 4000 community radio stations by 2008.
UNESCO to launch ICT Competency Standards for Teachers at Moving Young Minds Conference
