  • Training communication and information professionals to enable them to produce quality content for television, radio and new media

  • Providing seed funding for content production: UNESCO will search for local ideas which are innovative, creative and the expression of a community’s cultural diversity,

  • Supporting distribution/ dissemination and exchange of local content - from local to local and local to global.
