How Change Happens

Advancing women’s human rights, building women’s leadership and investing in movement building are key levers of change. Every initiative, project and campaign undertaken is driven by the ultimate goal of creating a more just and sustainable world, for all. To create lasting change, we investigate the systems which hold up an unjust world, we amplify the needs and perspectives of women, we collaborate across countries and regions, alliances and institutions, and together we influence and transform structures of power and decision-making.
