Nouvelles technologies éducatives

Ouvert en novembre 1995, sous la forme d'un centre SYFED-REFER, le Campus numérique francophone de Cotonou est opérationnel depuis juin 2002.
Les principaux services offerts aux utilisateurs sont : l'interrogation de bases de données, la commande de documents primaires, une médiathèque, la navigation libre sur le Web, la formations aux technologies de l'information et aux logiciels libres (initiation à Internet, production de contenus, etc.), la formation à distance (droit international de l'environnement, droits fondamentaux, nouvelles technologies éducatives, etc.) et un "Cyber Etudiant".
