The German Girl and the Eastern Knight

by Mohamad ghazi Orabi

Summary of the book:  A love story between an Arab writer and a German girl.  This story shows two kinds of love: platonic and sexual.  After psychological, philosophical, musical, poetical discussions, the story ends by the girl’s feeling of innocent emotion towards whom she loves.

Reasons for this choice:  For comparison between the stance of the ideal of sexual freedom and Arab morals.
