UNESCO Beirut Newsletter, Issue N°3 Januray-March 2009

UNESCO Beirut in close cooperation with the section of museums and cultural objects at UNESCO HQs organized a workshop on the implementation of the Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (1954). The three-day workshop aimed at raising awareness to participants on the convention and to teach its correct implementation in order to preserve and protect the cultural property of Lebanon.
