9th World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities (OWHC) 

Since 1991, OWHC is a unique forum bringing together politicians and professionals committed to the preservation of historic cities and, in particular, those included on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. 
The congress is organized by the authorities of the city of Kazan and the OWHC and includes a scientific programme developed by the Getty Conservation Institute under the theme “Heritage and Economics”.
