Ist Iberoamerican Congress on Sediments and Ecology

The congress aims to provide a space for reflection, discussion and exchange of knowledge and research on environmental processes and effects related to sediments from an interdisciplinary perspective.
It includes four thematic areas: Sediments, coasts, ecology and restoration.

Papers and posters will be presented and a discussion panel with the participation of youth will be held. Posters with relevance to the topic and work sessions to develop local and regional multidisciplinary projects will be exhibited.

Moreover, a youth session will be held, offering a communication space where undergraduate, graduate and postdoctoral students will discuss the results of their work and progress of their projects.

The submission of abstracts and articles will be possible from 15th November 2014 to 30th January 2015.
The presentation of the accepted abstracts will take place on 1st April 2015 and of the articles' full versions on 15th May 2015.
