Denmark ratifies the UNIDROIT Convention

Denmark ratifies the UNIDROIT Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects (1995)

On 1st February 2011, the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark’s instrument of accession to the Unidroit Convention on Stolen or Illegally Exported Cultural Objects was deposited with the Italian Government, Depositary of the Convention. Denmark made a declaration under Article 14(1) of the Convention. The Convention will enter into force for Denmark on 1st July 2011.
