Translation at the heart of Cultural Diversity

Index Translationum – UNESCO's longest-running programme - is celebrating its 75th anniversary! The result of decades of international cooperation, the Index constitutes an extraordinary instrument (replete with some 3,000,000 bibliographical entries in all fields) for observing and evaluating translation flows. It also serves as an invaluable basis for the elaboration of cultural policies in the book sector.
