This initiative organized by the Nippon Foundation promotes the inclusion of disabled persons with utilization of ICTs-based education. The meeting will also contribute to the aims of UNESCO's Access for people with disabilities initiative, which mobilises support for the dignity and well-being of persons with disabilities, as well as enhancing their social and economic integration in communities by enlarging the scope of activities available to them.
