YDC workshops and creative productions

Between 2004 and 2007, the UNESCO DigiArts team organized a series of online and offline sessions of workshops. The online sessions were led for a duration of two to four months by a DigiArts specialist and usually brought together 10 to 15 classes or groups of young people in different parts of the world.  Each class or group consisted of 8 to 12 students and their educator.

On the other hand, the face-to-face workshops were run with a focused number of 10-20 local student/teacher participants living in Dakar, San Jose, Sharjah, etc, and especially organized in association with professional media arts festivals such as the Dakart Biennale, the International Symposium of Electronic Arts, and the Sharjah Biennale.
