IFAP International Conference on Well Being in Digital Media

International conference organized in the framework of the Information for All Programme (IFAP) to assess the impact of Digital Media on well being of society and individuals.
Under UNESCO's Patronage, the Israel National Commission for UNESCO and its National IFAP Committee along with the Department of Education at Ben Gurion University, the Sammy Ofer School of Communication at IDC Herzliya and the Open University of Israel will organize an international conference on "Well Being in Digital Media". The event will be held from 17 - 19 February 2014 at Ben Gurion University and IDC Herzliya, in Beer Sheba, Israel. The conference will investigate the concept of well-being, deepen understanding of how the long-term interactions between digital media on one hand and individuals and society affect well-being and how these can be impacts and can be assessed.
