Methodological Guide for the Analysis of Teacher Issues 
2010 - The guide uses both quantitative and qualitative approaches, enabling stakeholders to analyze a wide range of issues relating to teachers in a country’s educational system – from the general macro-economic and social context in which the education sector is nested, to teachers’ preparation, recruitment, management and career development, as well as the social context in which they operate.
