Since higher education in the region has advanced to recognizable stages of quality, there are still issues to be addressed.  UNESCO Doha Office will work with relevant authorities on issues of concern such as capacities and access, programs innovations, students’ mobility and exchange; academics exchange certification and cross border recognition.  Member states will continue to participate in different higher education forums to increase networking and building partnerships and capacities.
