Teachers are considered the backbone of quality education and crucial factor in students’’ achievements.  While UNESCO Doha s working closely with UNESCO Beirut on envisioning teachers’ policies in the Arab region, Doha Office will continue to work closely with member states on improving the quality of education as well as enriching teachers’ policies towards professionalization of teaching and to enhance teacher technical competencies and performance.
