Ernesto Rodríguez

CELAJU (Uruguay)

Ernesto Rodríguez is a sociologist specializing in Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Plans, Programs and Projects in the social area. He is a consultant to the United Nations, the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, European Union, the Ibero-American Youth Organization (OIJ) and the Organization of American States (OAS). He is currently Director of the Latin American Center on Youth (CELAJU) and Advisor to governments and NGOs in Latin America. He is an author of numerous publications: he was recently part of the Task Force which drafted the report "Investing for Change: Youth as Protagonist of Development", that ECLAC and the OIJ presented at the Ibero-American Conference of Ministers on Youth, held in Burgos, Spain, in September 2014.
