Moroccan Government has already prepared a draft law on the right of ATI, meanwhile civil society organizations, in particular the Moroccan Network for the Promotion of ATI have been claiming for an inclusive process to obtain a law in line with Moroccan citizens’ needs and international standards, since the new Constitution has been ratified.
