国际合作与旗舰项目

ASPnet是一个真正的国际性网络：在教科文组织创始的初期仅有33个国家的学校参与，2009年发展到覆盖179个会员国。通过鼓励各国各地区学校之间的密切联系和开展共同项目，该网络协助教科文组织实现其国际合作催化剂的职能。

在国际、地区间、地区各级开展了一些重大试验项目。这些项目有一定的规模和时间，通过教师培训、师生青年论坛、教材编制、范例传播和将成果纳入学校课程等活动，将所获知识和经验传授下去。
