Members of the Intergovernmental Committee

The 22 members of the Committee are elected from the UNESCO Member States and renewed by half at elections that take place every two years during the General Conference

(-) The General Conference of UNESCO elected, in its 37th session (Paris, November 2013), the Member States mentioned above to be part of the Intergovernmental Committee. Their mandate will expire at the end of the 39th session of the General Conference of UNESCO in 2017.

(*)  The General Conference of UNESCO elected, in its 38th session (Paris, November 2015), the Member States mentioned above to be part of the Intergovernmental Committee. Their mandate will expire at the end of the 40th session of the General Conference of UNESCO in 2019.
