Bilateral government donors
The Culture Sector enjoys a most fruitful collaboration with a number of bilateral government donors both from the North and South. Programming of the voluntary contribution from these donors and that of the Sector’s Regular Programme has been aligned to ensure coherence and harmonization so as to enhance overall impact of the culture programme.
