How to report fraud, corrupt or abuse

Contact the Office of Investigation to report concerns or evidence that corruption, fraud, or abuse may have occurred or is occurring related to any UNESCO-related activity. You may report allegations to IOS by email, facsimile, mail, in person, or by telephone. Only staff from the IOS Investigation Unit can access any such communication.

When reporting concerns, please provide as much information and detail as possible, including who, what, when, where, why, and how.

Information concerning the identity of a complainant is strictly controlled and will not be released to other UNESCO staff or to anyone outside UNESCO without the consent of the complainant. UNESCO's Whistleblower protection policy is presented here: PDF file
