Donor Partnership

Partnerships between donor organizations and countries, especially key financial partnerships to fund country-level Education for All initiatives, are vital to the EFA movement.

Partnerships involve not only the flow of technical and financial resources from richer to lower-income countries, but more importantly they mean working towards greater coherence of strategies and higher levels of better coordinated, better targeted and more predictable aid.

See the section on Funding for more information about donor partnerships.
