The 10th Meeting of the Working Group on EFA was held from 9 - 11 December 2009. Informed by the 2010 EFA Global Monitoring Report and recommendations by the International Advisory Panel (IAP), the meeting gave special attention to two themes: the impact of the economic crisis on education and marginalization.

Working Group discussions provided an opportunity to do stocktaking of partners’ efforts, identify urgent and important matters, and make policy recommendations that were brought forward to the Ninth High-Level Group meeting on EFA (HLG) (Addis Ababa, 23-25 February, 2010).
