These include non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations, associations, networks, training/academic institutions, media organizations, broadcasting commissions, libraries, information providers, public or private entities, research institutions involved in MIL-related activities from all over the world.

The inaugural session will be addressed by, among others, the honorable Minister Labaran Maku, Federal Ministry of Information of Nigeria, and Dr Naif Al Romi, Deputy Minister of Education for Development of Saudi Arabia.
