Regional Seminars on Open Educational Resources (OER) POlicy Development aim to inform and engage policy makers in drafting and implementing OER policies. The African seminar will involve ministry officials and education stakeholders from Ghana, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Djibouti, Kenya and Togo.
