世界版权公约

      在教科文组织倡导下，《世界版权公约》于1952年通过，以普及全球版权保护工作。1971年，《世界版权公约》进行了修订。修正文本生效后，只可依据该公约1971年的版本。

      根据《世界版权公约》第11项条款成立的政府间委员会由18个缔约国代表组成，每四年召开常务会议。
