社会变革管理计划科学咨询委员会（SAC）

      科学咨询委员会（正式名称为“科学指导委员会”）由来自不同地区的6位专家，以及依照职权列席的政府间委员会（IGC）主席组成。

      为了执行2003年成员国通过的MOST计划新方向的决议，SAC与政府间委员会办公处紧密合作，在MOST的计划质量和意义，以及研究人员及其他相关方的专业意见上向秘书处提供指导。

      SAC作为一个常设委员会运作，职责范围包括与MOST计划相关的计划设计、战略发展以及科学咨询研究。
