My media trainer: a self-instructional training of trainers program

My media trainer: a self-instructional training of trainers program
This interactive, self-instructional programme and resource kit is designed to help media professionals to develop their training skills and techniques, thus enabling them to initiate and implement courses, workshops and seminars.
As a radio, television, Internet or print journalist, producer, writer or public relations specialist, you already have well-developed craft-skills and strong competencies in your own professional field. My Media Trainer will guide you in how to teach those skills to others, whether through formal classroom activities, in ‘on-the-job’ settings or during specialist workshops.

My Media Trainer is a self-instructional tool, which means that you can learn at your own pace and in your own location. Easy to follow prompts will enable you to pursue a logical learning sequence. By the end of the program, you will be able to identify the needs of adult learners, plan courses and implement successful, outcomes-based media training experiences.
