The Sobornoye Ulozheniye box

The Sobornoye Ulozheniye of 1649 – the unique code of laws of the Russian Empire developed and adopted by the Zemsky Sobor of 1649 as a result of the confrontation of different social groups of the Russian society. It determined the law and order and social relations in the country during 200 years.
