Fields/Disciplines Sustainable developement related disciplines Objectives To promote an integrated system of research, information and documentation activities and to develop continuous training focused on the needs of the main stakeholders of the social environment. To analyse and develop Resources on economic, socio-political and socio-cultural aspects of the development from a multi-field point of view. It will lead to the learning of techniques that could be implemented in various areas and to the strengthening of the capacities to formulate integrated environment and development policies. To strengthen international scientific co-operation, by animating and coordinating a network of worldwide institutions paying a particular attention to the institutions of developing countries.
