Objectifs
  • To promote training of decision makers as regards linguistic policies and education.

  • To help the governments which wish it to solve the problems of bilingual or multilingual education.

  • To work out and apply programs of mother tongues, second and foreign languages didactics in a functional way.

  • To teach the methodology of languages and linguistic schemas d'aménagement.
