Regional Information System (SIRI)

Regional Information System (SIRI, by its Spanish acronym) created in the framework of the Major Project of Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (1980-2000), and revisited in the Follow-up Model of the Regional Education Project for Latin America and the Caribbean (PRELAC), as one of the networks that would contribute to achieving the Education for All (EFA) goals.

Additionally, it constitutes the main liaison point for all the region’s national education statistics offices.
