Fields / Disciplines Information and communication engineering. Objectives To promote an integrated system of research, training, and information and documentation activities in the field of information and communication engineering. To create a centre of excellence within the framework of an inter-university network and to develop a scientific research activity to narrow the gap between the developing and developed countries in science and engineering knowledge. To initiate research and help elaborate a curriculum concerning issues of information and communication engineering for use in the programmes of City University.
