Fields / Disciplines Higher Education Objectives The purpose of the Chair shall be to promote an integrated system of research, training, information and documentation in the field of higher education. It will serve as a means of facilitating collaboration between high-level, internationally recognized researchers and teaching staff of the University and other institutions in the Russian Federation, the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States), Latin America, and Africa. The objectives of its activities shall be: the improvement of curricula and educational specialized professional programmes; improvement of professional training technologies; introduction of new educational technologies; and establishment of long-term interuniversity and interdisciplinary cooperation.
