Second Conference on the Armenian-French Decentralized Cooperation

Résumé

130-member French delegation was comprised of the members of the National Assembly, Senate, as well as heads of 25 local authorities which had established cooperation with Armenia’s different regions and towns. In the framework of the Decentralized Cooperation around 50 programs are being implemented each year in the fields of education, culture, tourism, economy, health care, agriculture.
