准则性行动-遗产

教科文组织在遗产领域的准则性行动分为两类：

国际一级: 制订加强文化遗产保护的国际文书 (协议，建议及宣言) 。

2003年新的《关于蓄意破坏文化遗产问题的宣言》通过。

 

 

国家一级: 应各会员国要求，教科文组织还利用其计划与资源，协助各会员国制定并落实适当的国家立法，从而有效保护各国文化遗产。
